Conditions of application

In the light of its financial possibilities, the Chamber Choir Festival Foundation of Miskolc takes over the costs of the invited choirs.
For the other applicants the participation fee of the festival is 80€ / person / day, which includes the costs of accomodation in hotel (rooms with 2-3 bed) and the meals.

The hospitality begins with the dinner at Friday 10th of May and finishes with the breakfast at 13th of May.

After recieveing the notification on acceptance, the participation fee shall be transferred to the bank account of the Chamber Choir Foundation of Miskolc. The participation fee also can be paid on the spot at the time of registration.

On-demand we undertake to lenghten the stay or to organise free-time programmes at the guest choir’s own charge.

The travelling cost – including the local transport – have to be payed by the participating choirs. 

During the concerts sound and video recording will be made which constitutes the own property of the festival. Applicants shall undertake to disclaim all rights related to these recordings on behalf of the Chamber Choir Festival Foundation of Miskolc.
